The Gods roared and the world shook.
Tired of being forgotten, the Gods have decided to wreck havoc on the people of Earth.
Crossing the time barrier, they recreated the world that they knew; the world they had
been worshipped in - filled with mythological creatures such as Bashees, Gargoyles,
and Jotuns just to name a few - and placed it as a floating land mass over the world of
today. Now, humans have suddenly become aware that they are not alone in this world.
They're surrounded by the creatures - monsters - of their dreams. Even on the Earth
that is, these creatures walk along side the humans. Some of them had never even left.
As if they didn't have enough to be concerned with, humans even have to worry about
their own kind. The Spark event, as it's known, happened January 1st 2007. The Posthumans
were created. Humans that were granted gifts, for good or for ill. Humans with powers,
spread throughout the world, using them as befitted their nature.
