A large pure white male stalked through the tall, golden, prairie grass, his fur matted with blood and mud, his eyelids halfway closed over his grey eyes. In his mouth, a snow owl hung limply, its feather also matted with blood, mud and the wolf's saliva. Only the blinking of the owls golden eyes showed that the owl was still alive.
SnowStorm's jaw ached, and it took all his might not to chomp down on his owl. He let out a sigh, the white feathers danced from his breath. Gently the large male placed the owl on the ground, then yawned massively. He looked around, his grey eyes taking in the Black Valley camp site, here there would be medicine, and it was vacant from the raid on SeaFall demanded all wolves to attend. But that was weeks ago. SnowStorm wondered what kept the bloodthirsty wolves on the sea shore. Growling at the scents, particularly the scent of the Alpha Vullgar, who attacked him and nearly killed his owl, in the beginning of the raid. Shaking out his matting fur, then looking down as he heard his owl stir in front of his paws. Portal hooted, he seemed to be healing, but SnowStorm wanted to get healing herbs in the owl, just in case.
Ignoring his sudden anger, SnowStorm entered the Camp Site and started searching for the Med Wolf's den. It didn't take him long to find the den, the scent was overwhelming making his nose burn. He pawed through the herbs, then deciding that he had to get out of here fast for some reason, he picked up a pouch, with a string so a wolf could carry it around its neck easily, the corner where the medicine wolf would carry herbs in and started stuff all the herbs into the pouch. He sneezed and flinched as it echoed off the den walls. With all the herbs packed into the pouch, SnowStorm stuck his nose trough the large loop and shook so the pouch rested on the middle of his chest. Looking around for more supplies , seeing none he exited the den and looked around.
His owl was standing up and looking around hungrily. SnowStorm smiled and said I'll get you a mouse then he entered another den which was known for its vermin problems, and he wasn't talking about the alpha female, he growled at the thought of her. He let the rage drown out the pain of his wounds as he swatted a mouth and crunched its body in his jaws, then took it to his hungry owl. It ate hungrily as SnowStorm places it in front of the wounded owl. SnowStorm made his way around the dens looking for supplies he could steal from this retched pack, finding nothing useful he returned to his owl, who had finished the mouse and was cooing happily making SnowStorm laugh. Then he noticed a large den, a certain scent drifted to his nose from the entrance, making his lip curl with disgusted. Then a wicked smile spread across his canine featured and he walked up to the den entrance, lifted his legs and relived himself on the alpha's den. The foul liquid streamed its way into the den and into the Alpha's sleeping material. SnowStorm laughed and looked at his handy work. I hope you like your present Vullger and dorito, you filthy scums He turned back to his owl, and bent down so the owl could weakly hop into his back. The mouse seemed to have helped the owl's strength alot, he turned to leave, but thought of the other large herb pouch, an idea sprung into his head.
SnowStorm lowed his scared body to the ground so his owl could hop down, it did with a confused hoot. Wait here, i have an idea that might save our live, and make traveling for you easier. He trotted to the medicine den again and picked up the pouch string in his mouth, then carried it to his owl. The owl would have plenty of room in the leather sack stolen from humans. SnowStorm motioned with his nose for the owl to climb in but it held back. SnowStorm gave Portal a stare of question as the owl scurried off gathering sticks and twigs in its black beck, the started building a nest. SnowStorm waited for his friend to be den with his adjustments. The owl had built a large nest the held the leather sack open and not closing around the bird and the owl got comfortable. You done? SnowStorm asked not hiding the edge in his voice, he wanted out of here badly now, his pelt twitched with paranoia. The owl hooted his reponce and SnowStorm picked up the leather strap in his jaws and started trotting in the area hopefully to distract trackers, giving him enough time to gain enough distance. As soon as he was satisfied he opened his wings, wincing at the slight discomfort, and took off into the air. He circled trying to find a direction he was most comfortable with. Deciding on Southeast, he found a strong air current, tilted his wings so he could coast on the current, the herb pouch flipped around so it was resting between his shoulder blades, and the sack with his owl rested in the cruck of his front leg. His owl cooed happily as it stuck its head out of the opening and looked around at the ground below them. They are fleeing, but they are free from the clutched of bloodthirsty wolves. SnowStorm used to be one of them, but he changed, His father was right, This owl had changed him. For the better.
words:972 SnowStorm is packing up and leaving without a second thought, Now its only him and Portal, Will anyone elts want to join him and his run for freedom from bloodlust? or search for him in bloodlust? SnowStorm and Portal are determined to live and heading to No Wolves's Territory. A Nomad the where destine to be. (lol ive been reading to many books XD)

The jet black female limped through the woods. She had left Black Valley almost a week ago. She wanted to be free. She wanted to break through the curse that bound her to her bloodlust that had been the only thing that had torn everything from her; her home, her family, her parents, her life. Her breathe rasped painfully as he limped heavily along, pain crashing down on her shoulders, nearly forcing her down with every step.
She caught the faint scent of Portal and blood, which made her soul twist and she tasted the tinge of blood in her mouth. She opened her eyes and her legs buckled. She collapsed, her breathe hurting. If only the pain would vanish and everything would go back to normal. Her lower jaw shook slightly, and shakily she pushed herself slowly pup, staggering on her first step before she limped forward.
Sarci was in a horrid state. Every rib showed, and by the way that she limped showed that something was wrong. For some reason she hadn't been able to catch any prey the whole week, and she was practicly going insane from the hunger the clawd her insides to shreds, her muchles screaming at her to just let go of her life.
She hadn't noticed it, but she was about twenty or thirty feet from Snowstorm, head hanging, limping and staggering, only once falling. Opening her eyes after falling over, she pulled herself up again. She managed to limp out into the open. Clearly she stode out from everything else, and Snowstorm could not miss her. She was right in front of him, for one.
She froze and a cough shuddered through her as her head hung once again and she limped forward, only to barely use her hind left paw, not touching it to the ground much. Bloodied pawprints where left in her wake. Her eyes focused on a puddle of somewhat clean water. Crouching so she could drink, her tongue came out as she lapped up a few laps of water until she was content it would last a ew hours. Standing from the pool she turned and froze, hearing Snowstorm's voice.
She looked over at him, her eyes holding clear signs of pain and longing. She watched as Snowstorm gave his owl a mouse. She stared at him, completely not taking notice of the stupid mouse. She raised her head a little and limped only a foot closer before a paw slipped and she crashed onto her chest. Clumsy. Pushing herself up, she upturned a paw towards herself and licked it, and spat the dirt and junk out of the scratches.
By now there was no denial. Snowstorm had defiantly heard her crash to the ground and heard her getting up. For the last week Sarci had been struggling. And she had found Snowstorm. But she wasn't taking him to Vullgar. She looked at him, and then his owl, and then back at him. Snowstorm's wings flew open, unfurling out, sending waves of wind at her, she staggered. He began to take flight. Closing her eyes, she turned and slowly began to limp away, going south somewhat, but slightly angled in Snowstorm's direction. He wouldn't care if I faded and crumbled into dust, she thought sadly as she limped heavily on sore paws. She definately wouldn't last long on her own when she was almost starved to death and had torn paws.

SnowStorm enjoyed the air rushing through his fur, making his pure white fur sort of sparkle in the sun. But something was nagging him, he was so involed in helping his owl, that he had ignored weird noises that he just now thought about. Sudden curiousity make him drop altittude, reduce his speed and circle back around, retracing his flight. Portal gave a hoot of confusion and tuged lightly at SnowStorm's neck fur for an explanation. There something i want to check out, i have a feeling its important he said to his owl, his voice slightly muffled by the large strap holding the sack the owl is nestled in. SnowStorm studied the ground intently, they where getting dangerously close to the Black Valley Camp site again, he gave out a low growl of discomfort. Then he saw something moving in the prairie grass, a black wolf. From the way its body jerked it was wounded. Again SnowStorm dropped lower, his eyes widen in shock as he reconized the wolf. Sarci.
The golden grass bent in the gust of wind created from his wings as he landed a few yards away from the wounded Sarci, just incase if she was to attack. His Grey eyes scanned over her weak frame, she looked horrible and looked like she had not had a good meal in weeks. Gently SnowStorm placed his owl's sack on the ground so he could talk. Pitty clutched his stomach but he quickly puched it away. He couldnt feel pitty and fight at the same time. What happened to you Sarci? was the only thing he could mangage to say. He was too shocked from the she-wolf's condition. SnowStorm glanced around for others incase this was a trap.

Sarci sat down tiredly as she slowly closed her eyes. Her soul had been torn from her. The ashes had burned her hopes, the flames had stole the will away from her. The burning rage inside wanted to be released. Slight pain began to build in her mind, yet she blocked it out. If only the world would give her a different way to go.
The hate, the love, the pain. It was burning her away. Opening her eyes, she began to get up, and began to walk southeast again. She swore she heaard wing beats again. She closed her eyes a little. She was probally hallucunating. She shook her head as she left the trees behind and entered some meadow. Her eyes shifted to the sky as she stared up, silently asking; Where did my destiny lie?
Sarci did not move when she heard the beat of wings, the surprised gasp. Her eyes closed as she dropped her head and peered at the massive white Snowstorm nearby The wind buffeted her pelt She raised her head and stared at him, her eyes narrowed against the wind that flattened the grass around her. The wind began to die down, yet the silence stretched out.
Obviously Snowstorm must have thought she would attack him, she she shook her head slightly, saying that she had no will to attack. She felt his eyes scanning her frame, yet didn't really care. She heard the sack drop to the ground with a thunk. She smelt the owl. Portal.
Snowstorm instantly broke the silence once he could spoke. Sarci was silent for a minute. She blinked and looked him in the eyes. "Even a cursed flame dies." was her only reply. The simple works she had said everything; She was cursed, and she wanted her old life back, the hate and love was burning her life away, and so she had vanished from Black Valley.
She only shook her head and began to limp on. The muchle still showed, and she still had strength, but not the strength the lust gave her. She took nonotice of the bloodied pawprints in her wake, head lowered. She suddenly froze as he head snapped up. A low growl escaped her as her eyes franticly swept around. The wind swept around her. Her eyes blazed.
Baring her fangs her nostrils flared as she reconized the scent. A veery faint figure stood not ten feet away. Snowstorm could see it, but had no idea why Sarci was getting frustrated probally. Sarci curled her lip and lunged as the ghost. Her paws slmmed down not an inch away from the ghost. Her eyes blazed. "You took everything from me."
The ghost only stared at Sarci before vanishing into smoke, and the wind swept away. She stared at the smoke before turning away angrily and stalking back southeast. She paused and looked at Snowstorm. "I guess I can travel with you and....Portal?" she asked, obviously wanting some company instead of someone who she wanted to murder, despite that that someone was already dead.

All the activity recently in Seafall and Black Valley had made Taipa feel uneasy. The image of that white male wolf and that owl was burned into his memory and kept in the same area as many images that were almost alike from past expriences. Now he couldn't find a single form left on Seafall that reminded him of those wolves. Only the evil and dark wolves of Black Valley remained and he knew why. They were searching for something that they hadn't found. More likely they killed without realizing. Dumb bird-brains! The scene around the Seafall camp was horrid. Struin bodies of prey left unfinished was everywhere. Blood caked the ground in several areas. Gluttonus wolves lay around chomping on different animals next to them. Not to mention the area reaked of Black Valley scent markers.
Now he was scanning the area of Black Valley for any of those disgusting wolves. The area seemed empty except for a few wolves left. Dorito was nowhere in sight and that worried him. Where had the alphess gone to? For once the actions of the wolves in this area didn't fascinate him. A few were patrolling the borders, but never coming close to the camp he was now nearing. Not to mention none of them were flying the sky's to scan the whole territory. They were a bunch of over prideful wolves that thought Ruin Forest wasn't going to do anything to harm them. He had to screech in laughter at them. In his mind he always dared one of them to come and see what he was doing. In the lands he had come from not only did wolves look on the ground, but in the sky. They questioned not only land animals of all sorts, but sky ones as well. It didn't matter who you were and what species you originated from. Anyone could be an enemy.
Suddenly, his eyes pin-pointed on a white wolf carrying something. He was talking to, or at least he suspected the wolf was, a darker wolf. Both seemed in pretty bad shape. He wouldn't know the complete story unless he talked to them though. Taipa would've kept flying on, but the shape of that particular white wolf triggered something. At first he thought it would've been a younger wolf, but second glance told him it was another wolf he knew. The male with the hurt owl!
Taipa circled once, twice, and then descended only to be throughly confused at the sight of blood and how bad a state Snowstorm was. Figuring the wolf already had a bird friend do this before, he landed onto the male's back, careful not to prick the skin with his powerful talons meant to take down his prey.
He turned his head towards Snowstorm and locked eyes with him. "Fancy meeting you here wolf. I would've thought you would have left by now, but it seems the herbs I gave you didn't help...seems those would only work on my species...at least the potency I gave you and your friend."
As he talked, he slowly put his gaze on the sack of herbs and then the owl, never making eye contact though. One knew not to make eye contact with an owl, especially this kind. It was said you could lose your soul in the immense eyes of theirs. Taipa wasn't taking a chance.
"If I may, why are you here and where are you going?" He looked at the fae and nodded to her in recognition.

SnowStorm watched Sarci for a long time to see if she would attack but the black fea shook her head showing that she would not attack. It surprised SnowStorm and he turned his head to the side. Sarci limped forward in the southeast direction, the same direction Portal and he where heading. She might as well join them, but SnowStorm waited to see if she would asked. You need food, and to heal your paws, I will help you. SnowStorm figured if he was going to fight the darkness he needed to start with Sarci and helping her heal. He turned his grey eyes to the ground thinking, he only brought enough herbs for him and Portal, which they both needed badly. Sudden pressure on his back made SnowStorm snap his massive white head around, to see the gyrfalcon that had saved him in his time of need. So SnowStorm was friendly and nodded to the bird of prey in respect. They help enough to power me away from those demons that call themselves wolves he spat, not at the gyrfalcon, but at the thought of the wolves that did this to him. Thank you, if it wasn't for you, my friend and me would have surely perished. We are in your debt now. he said kindly to the bird, Portal nodded in agreement. The owl had made its way out of the sack and was trying to spread its white wings out, but clearly was difficult. The owls eye lids closed half way in sadness. The bird might never fly again unless given proper medical treatment. SnowStorm looked sadly at his owl he didn't know how to treat a bird, only wolves. Then he heard Sarci ask if she could join them, he had ignored her growling-guessing she was hallucinating, he nodded yes to her.
