The large white male kept his senses alert while keeping himself calm. A trick he had learned over the years. He could hear Dark returning to him, Aphrodite's angered breath from his accusation, the beating of Taipa's nearing wing beats, and the muffled paw steps of the new wolf. With each sound, his ears visibly twitched toward the sound, he flicked his ear once, trying to draw Dark's attention to him, so he would learn the ability of careful observation and hearing.
Snowstorm gave his usual small smile and approached the birds perch as the gyrfalcon as he laughed then stated a friend wolf of his was coming, wanting to join him and Dark. Not a moment later, the young, light grey , male leaped through the brush on the other side of the clearing. Snowstorm looked him over. He was larger than dark, but not quite as large as Snow, with dark green markings and red eyes. Snowstorm waited for the male to do something, but he just stood there staring. Snowstorm chuckled at Taipa's urging. "I guess he hasn't been around his own kind for sometime now. But that's alright, tell me about yourself. Snowstorm's voice was kind, but still had that eerie, deep but smooth tone. His grey blue eyes danced with the flame of excitement, he felt Portal jump onto his shoulder and coo softly in Snowstorm's ear.
The feel of the owl close to him, made Snowstorm relax, his features becoming more friendly then scary with his size. He knew that Portal was used to Dark's presence and began to like the young wolf, but The owl was not yet sure of the new comer and his golden eyes watched him carefully.

A shiver went down Rave spine when the white wolf spoke to him. Forcing himself to relax, Rave cleared his throat. " My name is Rave. I don't have any memory of my past, but I did travel for a while with a raven name Fidget. Right now I have just been wondering around. I haven't been among many wolves for a while now." Rave began to relax, even though he could scent other wolves. " I have been told that it isn't safe to travel over the mountains alone, so Taipa brought me here for answers." Rave stood straighter now, feeling oddly bold. A cool breeze came form the mountains. Strangely, it made Rave feel calmer. Did he live in the mountains before Fidget found and saved him? Rave quickly snapped back to present situation waiting for the eerie white wolf to reply.

(sorry for the wait glint..ive been busy working on a paper....sorry guys! welp heres my post!!! :]
Aphrodite felt accused by Snow. She hasnt seen him in a long time and he goes and accuses her of bringing someone with her?! she had left him and fwelt guilty. He had the right to be angry at her...
thoughts ran through her mind, some relavent to Snow,some not. "could me and snow ever be together again?" she mumbled to herself as dark looked toward her. "my, how Dark has grown." she looked at Snow and saw the Snow she had fallen in love with, the soft hearted yet somewhat blood thirsty.
the worst thought ran though her mind as she began to think about Snow "could he have found a mate while i was gone?! could he have fallen for someone else?!" a slight tear ran down her face as she quickly shook it off... the thought of Snow with someone else was unbearable to her.
she looked at snow and then over at the gray male a little bigger than dark but not as big as Snow..Ah, Snow he was tall, muscular. and the most beautiful wolf aphrodite had ever seen. And then there was Portal, Snows owl, she had a feeling that portal never like her. ohwell. Dark, she couldnt tell about dark. Dark was un-readable.. Dark was hard to read, so plain, so straight faced. she couldnt tell. she looked over at Snow, entecipating a fight.

(No problem. Wow, your writing is getting a ton better Aphrodite! Keep at it because you have the potential to be a great writer some day for sure.  ) Taipa listened to Snowstorm with a glint in his eye as he stared at the she-wolf who was an oddity in this land. Rave trembled under him, but he clenched his claws into the wolf's fur to try to steady him. After stating who he was and why, a new air clung to Rave and Taipa ruffled a wing in approvement. This wolf needed to learn to be proud of himself no matter who he was talking to if he didn't want to be treated harshly. Of course, Snowstorm was being very polite and Taipa was happy with the white wolf for being so. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dark barely glanced at Aphrodite as she said his name and how much he had grown. He wanted to give a wolf 'huff', but it would be improper at the moment. Instead, he turned his attention towards Rave. His gold tipped ears took in everything his mentor and the loner were saying. When Taipa was mentioned, he looked towards the gyrfalcon and then back towards the loner. In the back of his mind he couldn't help, but agree that it wasn't safe to be not in a group at this time. For all he knew, Black Valley was still corrupting the land and he didn't forget that they may even stoop as low as taking hostages to kill of Ruin Forest. |

Snowstorm couldn't help but feel a slight satisfaction as the new male shuddered at his voice, it seemed like his old ways still had not died yet, but he did not let it show. He listened to what Rave told him, his wings moved slightly with interest as Rave came to the part where he had traveled with a bird. Subconsciously Snowstorm's blue grey eyes darted to Portal between his front paws, who was seemingly sleeping. Bringing his eyes back to Rave, he noticed Taipa starring at someone behind him, he gave the Gyrfalcon a questioning look, before turning his attention back to Rave again. "You heard right, it is not safe to travel alone anywhere now, i have a hunch that the packs will start a war. the large white male gruffed, his hackles rose slightly, his voice hard and slightly dark.
After a few moments of thinking, Snow decided it would be good for all of them if he let Rave join there little group. Snowstorm rose to his paws and nodded " You are welcomed to join me and my apprentice, Dark. Though we are moving away from the mountains, so we might not find the answers you desire. The large white male spoke, his usual eerie voice returned. He did not know if Aphrodite would stay or go, so he did not say her name. A ear flicked back to Dark to hear if his young apprentice had any problem with the new male.
Snow's grey eyes then zoned in on Taipa, moving away from the other wolves, so their ears could not ear, he called to Taipa Taipa, can i talked to you for a moment? Snowstorm stretched out his massive wings then folded them neatly by his sides. He felt Portal land on his shoulders with a grumble cooing. He smiled affectionately as he turned his head to look at his companion. Sleepy Portal? the male mused as he gently stuck his nose into the owl's feathers.
